At Jean's Restaurant Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase for your home kitchen or dining space. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
