It features a Silicone Handle which has a unique ergonomic design that reduces stress and fatigue. Its Silicone Handles are rated at 450°F (232°C) for stove top or oven use. The SteelCoat x3™ premium non-stick coating provides for easy clean-up and reduces use of fats and oils.
The construction of this stir-fry pan is 3004 aluminum. This type of construction will allow your vegetables, noodles, and proteins for your stir-fry to all cook evenly. The flat bottom of this pan will sit level on the cooking surface.
